Ordering and delivery of good from Granny’s Fudge Shop.

1. The processing of orders start from the first working day after funds are cleared in our account.

2. Orders take 1-3 working days to process from the date funds are cleared in our account to courier.

3. Once your order is processed and ready for courier it is immediately couriered and a tracking number is immediately provided to you where you can track your order.

4. Please note there are no refunds once your order is placed and processed within our time frames.

4. The courier services we use usually take between 2-7 working days during normal working conditions to deliver provided there are no abnormal trading conditions.

5. You can track your parcel at all times once it leaves our premises.

6. Once your order leaves our premises we cannot be held in anyway responsible if it does not arrive at your destination within the given time frame although every effort is made between the courier service and ourselves to deliver within these time frames.

6. As every effort is made from our side to get your order delivered timorously and in good condition however from time to time some orders are mishandled and not delivered in the condition that we couriered them in. In these circumstances, a proper investigation will need to be completed to establish who is at fault and for all the necessary steps to be taken.

7. If for whatever reason you want a refund after your order has been delivered, the matter will need to be investigated thoroughly as to whether it is of any fault of ours and whether it warrants a refund or not and the necessary action will be decided based on the outcome of the investigation.

8. No refunds will be given by us if the courier service deliver outside of these time frames.
